Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how The Rose House Naples LLC ("Rose House," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information through our website, event inquiries, and related services. It also explains how to contact us about your information.
Information You Provide
When you contact us or plan an event, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, event location, preferred dates, guest count, budget, menu and service preferences, and messages. You may also provide dietary restrictions or allergy information relevant to your event. Please share only the information needed to plan and deliver the requested services and obtain appropriate permission before providing information about another person.
If you book services, we also maintain estimates, agreements, approvals, invoices, payment status, and event communications. Payment information is processed through the payment provider identified in your payment request. Please do not send card or bank account details through the event inquiry form or ordinary email.
Information Collected Automatically
Our website and hosting providers may collect technical and usage information, including IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, visit times, referring pages, and diagnostic information. This information helps operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
Cookies and Browser Storage
Our Wix-hosted website uses cookies and similar technologies for functions such as security, session management, and remembering preferences. The event builder may also store your draft selections in your browser so you can return to planning. Session storage may end when you close a browser session; other storage can remain until it expires or you clear it.
You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings and use any cookie preference controls offered on the website. Blocking or clearing storage may affect features or remove saved event-builder selections. Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies, where used, are subject to the applicable consent choices. Third-party content and linked services may use their own technologies under their own privacy notices.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals and estimates, communicate about your event, arrange menus and staffing, deliver agreed services, process and reconcile payments, maintain business records, address concerns, and meet legal obligations. We also use information to protect against fraud, maintain website security, understand usage, and improve our services.
We may send news or offers where permitted and consistent with your communication preferences. You can opt out of promotional communications using the unsubscribe option provided or by contacting us. Necessary communications about an inquiry, booking, payment, or service may continue.
How We Share Information
We share information with service providers that help us operate the website and business, including website hosting, customer and event management, workflow automation, email, accounting, and payment services. Our event workflow uses services including Wix, Airtable, Make, and QuickBooks. These providers receive information needed for their role, and their own privacy notices may also apply to their services.
We share relevant event details with chefs, event staff, venues, and other providers as needed to plan and perform the agreed services. For example, a chef may need the menu, location, schedule, guest count, and dietary requirements. A referral or link to a separate provider does not make that provider's website subject to this policy.
Information may also be disclosed with your permission, when required by law or a valid legal request, to protect safety and legal rights, to investigate wrongdoing, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of business assets. If a business transfer makes your information subject to a different privacy policy, we will provide notice as appropriate.
Retention and International Processing
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including completing events, maintaining required business and accounting records, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Some information may need to be retained to satisfy legal obligations even after a deletion request.
We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other places where we or they operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those where you live. We take reasonable steps to protect information handled on our behalf.
Your Choices and Requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided. Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have additional rights relating to your information. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable requirements and may need to verify your identity or authority before responding.
To change event details, withdraw a marketing preference, or make a privacy request, email events@rosehousenaples.com. Please identify your request without including unnecessary sensitive information. Clearing browser storage removes locally saved draft information but does not delete information already submitted to us.
Security
We use reasonable measures intended to protect personal information. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
The website is intended for adults arranging services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the website, contact us so we can review and address it. Adults arranging an event should limit information about children to what is necessary for the requested service.
Links to Other Websites
Our website may link to social media, payment services, and other third-party websites. Those services have their own privacy practices. Please review their privacy notices when using them.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy and will post the revised version here with an updated date. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required for material changes.
