The Founders
From a chance meeting at a cooking class, to international events, Matt and Gavin launched The Rose House in 2023 with one rule; let's be remarkable.
Raised in South Africa and Zimbabwe, Gavin brings a global culinary perspective, experience at The Ritz-Carlton in Naples, and a commitment to creating opportunities for aspiring chefs. Matt, a native Floridian and entrepreneur, brings a background in building businesses and hosting company retreats around the world. Together, they combine thoughtful cuisine with personal, attentive planning to create memorable gatherings in Naples and beyond.
